Wilhelmina’s Gift Shop

Our goal isn’t just to make money or sell things. Our goal is to revive an entire community. We moved to Allentown recently and we see more than just an opportunity to open up shop and put a price tag on stuff. We open our doors to all local artists and guests alike to showcase their skills to the public eye. If you can’t stop in we would just ask that you take a walk in our town sometime and spread the word and help people shop local so that we can revive a nearly vanished era of small business owners.

Owner, Darilynn, started creating jewelry in high school, selling her creations at local craft shows. She decided one day she would own a gift shop specializing in handmade items. After graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University, with her business degree, she jumped at an opportunity that came along. Today she owns Wilhelminas (named after her grandmother) along with her mother, Darilynn, making beautiful items to share.

Now with the help of her boyfriend, Jesse they are slowly adding more and more unique ideas to their shop including local photography sessions and a Rolling Times antique area. Be sure to check back often because this power couple will continue to grow this small town shop.
